Chair Massage | 20min

Chair massage is a fully clothed experience that targets tension areas in our neck, shoulders and back. Chair massage is ideal for those that have limited time, but understand the importance of self-care. 

Oil Massage | 30min, 45min or 60min

We offer two private massage rooms for remedial , relaxation and pregnancy massage. As part of this massage experience, we finish with a back scrub and hot towels.

Pregnancy Massage | 60min or 90min

For our gorgeous Mums to be. A special relaxation massage that will target those areas of extra tension.
Advised for 2nd and 3rd trimesters
